Alright first things first, the leasing process was fantastic and quick! We worked with the awesome team on site and truly felt like the team WANTED us to live here. Other places sometimes make you feel like you should be honored to walk through their halls. Not this place. This team made you feel like something good was about to happen.
Long story short, this place is fantastic and feels like a resort at times. They do have vacation rentals on the lower floor. Parking is everywhere and they have a very clean parking garage.
Elevators work well. There is CARPET in the hallways!
THE GYM!!! This is one of the reasons We moved here; It is like having access to a full size gym right in your own apartment. SOOOOOO COOOL. The equipment is all new and spacious. There is not only a small convenience store inside the gym, but there are bathrooms. Full bathrooms with showers and multiple stalls. Everyone knows that if you take pre workout, You gotta be close to a stall. IYKYK.
The Central park for walking is amazing and beautiful. I don't feel like I am living in a regular apartment. If there was a small restaurant in here, I would probably never leave.
Feels very safe and the neighbors are all welcoming. The pool is nice and has a spectacular view. For being right next to the highway, this place is very quiet. I have been here almost a month now and have only heard footsteps above me once.
The leasing team is next level and they have Salt Water Taffy.

"The high rise rooms are a plus for living in the apartments. It seems to really keep the noise level down. We barely have heard any noise. It often time feels like we are in our own home. Could be because we are located in a really good spot close to the side road by the running stream on the side and the other side is the dog park. We love all of the amenities gives our family so many things to do together right where we live. Pickle ball, arcade games, swimming, there is even a private room you can use in the gym for core workout and a TV connected to workout videos"
