Came across maintenance staff working around I believe I spoke with a young man named Kevin, he was polite, knowledgeable, and very kind. I look forward to being a tenant in your fine apartment complex

Shout out to Kevin and also Victor on the maintenance team for always responding to the needs of the apartments and helping out with repairs and concerns so quickly! When we had a major problem a few months ago with some extensive damages that occurred, they were right there the whole time to help us, to work along side us and to support us. They always do an outstanding job and are so kind and friendly! We really appreciate them!

Love these apartments! The management and maintenance teams are always very helpful and professional. Kevin specifically (on the maintenance team) is an absolute rockstar, and I want to give him a public shoutout. He always shows up when needed and somehow always knows the answer to every maintenance concern I encounter and quickly gets them dealt with.

Being the very first residents to move in back in Dec 2021, I can say that Kortney was a big reason our experience was a positive one. Like with any apt complex, there were a few issues over the years, but she was always quick to help and work with us. It’s good knowing there’s someone in charge who cares

I don’t usually write reviews for apartment complexes, I try to stick to my lane and only review good food, but I had to share my experience. I moved into the canyon vista community today under very difficult personal circumstances. Jeslet Sotelo, was the leasing agent who helped me. She went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND—truly. She was incredibly overbooked, due to a clerical error with her scheduling software, but still took the time to ensure my move-in process was smooth, efficient, and as stress-free as possible. I recently went through a life-altering event and needed a place to start fresh ASAP. Jeslet was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also empathetic and kind—something I CANT articulate in words how desperately I needed. Thanks to her, I was able to move in today and am now able to put in the work on my next chapter. She deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise). Thank you, Jeslet, for turning a tough day into a hopeful one. Anyone considering this complex book a tour and request Jeslet, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Eber helped my fiancé and I and she couldn’t have been more helpful! We walked in without having a scheduled time and she was happy to give us tours of multiple units, answered all of our questions, and made our application and move in process swift and easy. We had a very small window of time to find a new place so this overall was much appreciated. We got our keys within 24 hours of applying and being accepted and are enjoying our new spot very much.

I had requested maintenance to come and switch out my showerhead for one that I had personally purchased. The next morning Kevin and Victor from maintenance showed up and were very pleasant and very quick to do that for me. I appreciate all the help that I can get when I need it and it seems like maintenance is always right there to do the job thank you, Kevin and Victor

Kevin is the best !! Whenever I need assistance with fixing something in my apartment he comes right away and is so nice. Kevin goes above and beyond in his job and canyon vista is lucky to have him.
