Canyon Vista has been really great to work with. Maintenance has been quick and friendly, it's clean and has good amenities and they've worked with us through issues. The convenience of the location is awesome too. You can feel confident working with the staff.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience living at Canyon Vista, and a big part of that is because of Jess. From our very first interaction, she has always been incredibly kind, patient, and willing to help. She has never hesitated to answer our questions or go above and beyond to make sure we had the support we needed. She has truly made our experience so much easier and more enjoyable. We also want to recognize the maintenance team. One time, we had an issue with our hot water late in the afternoon, around 4:30 p.m., and they came right away and fixed the problem immediately. Every time we’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been prompt, professional, patient, and very helpful. Most recently, Jess took the time to understand our situation when we had an issue with the online payment portal. She genuinely listened to us and did everything she could to help. We are incredibly grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and dedication. If you’re considering making Canyon Vista your home, I highly recommend working with Jess. She truly cares about the residents and always goes above and beyond to help. Thank you, Jess, for everything!
