I love this place! The leasing staff are wonderful. They truly care about their tenants. They are always welcoming when I come in with my two corgi’s. They always spoil them with treats. Jess the assistant manager is amazing. So sweet! Thank you guys for being so wonderful!!!!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Mel—she’s very sweet and helped me with everything I needed. This is my first apartment, and the experience was amazing. I highly recommend her!

Nice place to live!
I have been living here for seven months, and I can describe it as a safe, efficient, modern, and well-maintained place with a pleasant atmosphere—a place where you have everything you need. The staff is incredible; Jess, the administrative assistant, is always ready to help and is consistently very friendly. The cleaning staff are amazing—polite, kind, and Gloria always brightens your day with her smile. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I have been living here for the past two years now and we’ve been pleased with it here they have tons of amenities and the fact they are super dog friendly here is a plus+ for us! Marlene and Eber from the leasing office have always been helpful to us when we had any issues or questions we would highly recommend living here.

My wife and I have been living at CV for almost two years now. It’s a good place to live. Of course, it’s not perfect, but for us, the pros have definitely outweighed the cons. The maintenance app works very well—I’ve always received excellent service whenever I’ve needed it. I’ve also received great assistance from Andrew on the Leasing team.
