Very quiet, laid back relax apartment complex. As some one with company quite often the outdoor spaces are always clean and impress my guests at the property. Through this last year I’ve had 2 other friends who have moved into the property and they enjoy it just as much as I do. As some one with a larger dog the dog grooming room is very nice and located next to an outdoor playground where my son plays which is super convenient while I deal with that. It’s always super quiet in the halls and outdoor spaces. There’s a trampoline park next door which is great if you have kids and food and harmony’s close by. As far as office staff, by far if anyone is interested in renting here I recommend working with Jeslet Sotelo by far the most responsible and reliable person in the office. She has helped both of my friends get moved into the property. If there is a problem with either the unit or a mail or parking issue she will always respond and keep in touch until the issue is dealt with in a timely manner. Very professional and kind I wish there were more people working in the office like her. Highly recommend anyone applying or living here to ask for her by name when ever dealing with anything in the office to avoid a headache from other staff. Also rent is alittle higher and screening is kinda in depth but it’s very calm quite and the units are pretty nice for what you pay for.
