Such a nice place to live, really recommend and a team that is really patient and friendly who help out a lot

This is the place YOU are looking for..... Alright first things first, the leasing process was fantastic and quick! We worked with the awesome team on site and truly felt like the team WANTED us to live here. Other places sometimes make you feel like you should be honored to walk through their halls. Not this place. This team made you feel like something good was about to happen. Long story short, this place is fantastic and feels like a resort at times. They do have vacation rentals on the lower floor. Parking is everywhere and they have a very clean parking garage. Elevators work well. There is CARPET in the hallways! THE GYM!!! This is one of the reasons We moved here; It is like having access to a full size gym right in your own apartment. SOOOOOO COOOL. The equipment is all new and spacious. There is not only a small convenience store inside the gym, but there are bathrooms. Full bathrooms with showers and multiple stalls. Everyone knows that if you take pre workout, You gotta be close to a stall. IYKYK. The Central park for walking is amazing and beautiful. I don't feel like I am living in a regular apartment. If there was a small restaurant in here, I would probably never leave. Feels very safe and the neighbors are all welcoming. The pool is nice and has a spectacular view. For being right next to the highway, this place is very quiet. I have been here almost a month now and have only heard footsteps above me once. The leasing team is next level and they have Salt Water Taffy. - Eat the blue ones- Divine. Shoutout to Andrew and Andrea! They are the best and are so friendly. Glad We decided to come here and rest our heads. From the Wife: "The high rise rooms are a plus for living in the apartments. It seems to really keep the noise level down. We barely have heard any noise. It often time feels like we are in our own home. Could be because we are located in a really good spot close to the side road by the running stream on the side and the other side is the dog park. We love all of the amenities gives our family so many things to do together right where we live. Pickle ball, arcade games, swimming, there is even a private room you can use in the gym for core workout and a TV connected to workout videos"

Mel was great with getting me an apartment. If you’re looking to get an apartment come to her! She’s the best!

The management is amazing and helpful. The buildings are secure and clean. Great size apartments for the price!!

Canyon Vista Apartments is a fantastic place to call home! The office staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. They truly make you feel welcomed and valued. I also love the 24-hour gym, it’s so convenient to work out whenever it fits into my schedule. Highly recommend this community for anyone looking for comfort, friendly service, and great amenities!

I’ve had such a great experience with Canyon Vista Apartments! The community is beautiful, well maintained, and truly feels like a place you can call home. The apartments are spacious, the property is always kept looking nice, and the location is incredibly convenient. What really stands out, though, is the staff. Everyone in the office is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the residents. They’re always willing to help, answer questions, and make sure you feel taken care of. It’s refreshing to have a management team that is so approachable and attentive. If you’re looking for a beautiful community with a great atmosphere and a team that truly cares, I would definitely recommend Canyon Vista!

I’ve loved living here over the past two years and honestly haven't had a single complaint! It’s super quiet, the amenities are clean and feel luxurious, and the overall community vibe is amazing. Easily one of the absolute best places I’ve ever lived. A huge shoutout to Mel at the front desk. She is fantastic and has been so helpful!
