I was looking for a good place to call home in the draper area and i found canyon vista. I came in today to tour the place and Marlen was super helpful and generous on showing me the amenities and everything they had available. Great people and appears to be a good place to live

Me and my boyfriend recently moved in from Salt Lake City, and fell in love with the area! It has a doggie park and spa, pool, a nice club house, and the apartment is spacious and affordable compared to what we were paying. However, Aubrey, one of the leasing agents, made the experience better. She helped make the process go so smooth, easy, and is a great communicator. She answered our answers so quickly and clear, and that made it so much easier on our part. It is a great, clean, and safe area to live at!

I recently moved into my new apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Marlen and Jeslet have been absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything about the community has exceeded my expectations. The garage parking is super convenient, and the amenities are top-notch. I had some uncertainty about the internet speed, but it’s been great so far—no issues at all. What stands out most is how much they clearly care about residents' comfort and satisfaction. It’s rare to find that level of personal attention, and it’s made a big difference in helping me feel at home. Highly recommend!
