I love this place so much! Kaili and Kourtney are amazing! Always willing to help in any way they can with any concerns. I love my kids have a safe place they can go outside and play. 10/10 would recommend!

If you're looking for your next home, look no further! I can honestly say that Canyon Vista has been one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. The staff is incredible! They are attentive, kind, and are always willing to help with anything I need. The grounds are clean, luxurious, and even with ongoing construction, I couldn't be happier. I moved here from Tennessee in January 2022. It can be scary to move your entire life across the country, but Canyon Vista made that transition so much better than I could have imagined. I love it here, and you will too.

This was my first ever apartment, and so far I’ve had an amazing experience! Even with the construction still underway, it has remained a beautiful peaceful place to live with so much to offer! The leasing office staff is a pleasure to work with, and extremely helpful when it comes to accommodating any resident needs.

My husband and I love living here! It’s so modern, open, and light. We love the amenities that this place offers, as well as the trash pick up every night. Living here is a breeze and we are so happy we chose to live at Canyon Vista!!!
