For anyone looking for an apartment while in another state looking to move to SLC, the leasing staff is here exemplary. A special callout to Hailey, who from 600 miles away, set off to me make me feel like I was an office walk-in. Hailey provided me with a very comprehensive shopping experience; unit documentation, videos of unit walkthroughs, and cost perspectives. Hailey did all of this in a prompt, jovial, upbeat and courteous manner - great customer service experience! I look forward to joining to community soon!

I had a great experience living at Canyon Vista. The location is hard to beat, lux amenities, and the management team there is top-tier. I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking to live in the area.

I lived at Canyon Vista for 9 months and would gladly move back. The best thing about living here was how helpful the management/office people are. They do their job really well. They are honest and efficient. The place is new. The only drawback is that parts of the building are still under construction but that will soon be over and it should not be a deal breaker in my opinion (based on my experience).

I've been here since the week they opened in they've taken such good care of me. Extremely nice and helpful. ANytime I've needed anything they take care of it promptly. Beautiful aesthetic, their entire team is supportive. I just renewed my lease. - Nick

I am one of the first tenants in this complex, it has a wonderful environment, nice view, and neighborhood, I would recommend it.

Staff here is amazing. We had a million questions before we moved in and they were super patient with us. I swear my partner wanted to look at 15 different apartments and they patiently showed us every single one (some multiple times). Dog spa and park are beautiful! Love having an elevator!

I love this place so much! Kaili and Kourtney are amazing! Always willing to help in any way they can with any concerns. I love my kids have a safe place they can go outside and play. 10/10 would recommend!

Seriously love living here! Kourtney and Kaili have been amazing with any concerns we have. They have lots of fun things for everyone. My kids love going to the courtyard and playing. Everyone is so friendly. 10/10 for sure!

If you're looking for your next home, look no further! I can honestly say that Canyon Vista has been one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. The staff is incredible! They are attentive, kind, and are always willing to help with anything I need. The grounds are clean, luxurious, and even with ongoing construction, I couldn't be happier. I moved here from Tennessee in January 2022. It can be scary to move your entire life across the country, but Canyon Vista made that transition so much better than I could have imagined. I love it here, and you will too.

This was my first ever apartment, and so far I’ve had an amazing experience! Even with the construction still underway, it has remained a beautiful peaceful place to live with so much to offer! The leasing office staff is a pleasure to work with, and extremely helpful when it comes to accommodating any resident needs.
