What are the lease terms?

 We offer standard 6–12 month leases. 

What does it cost to move in?

$500 Security Deposit OAC and $199 Lease Initiation fee to reserve your apartment until move in.

Are utilities included in the cost?

 Utilities are billed separately from rent. Residents pay for electricity, water, sewer, and trash services. They are also responsible for the internet and cable. 

What's your pet policy?

 We are a pet-friendly community that welcomes both cats and dogs. You can have up to two pets per apartment, and breed restrictions may apply. We also have a designated pet area on-site for your convenience. Please contact our office for current rates and restrictions. 

What is your guest policy?

Tenants are responsible for their guests. Guests staying more than 14 days in a year are required to be on the lease.

Do you require apartment renters insurance?

Yes, renters insurance is required before move in.

How do I pay the rent?

Money order, cashier's check, or online resident portal.

How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?

We have an onsite management/maintenance team that will be available to take maintenance requests and immediately address emergency maintenance issues.

Is there public transportation nearby?

The Draper Front Runner station is located 2.4 miles away from our location, and the Draper Town Center Station TRAX system is located 2.7 miles away.

How often does rent go up? By how much?

Rent could potentially be increased annually. The longer lease terms you sign, the slower your monthly rate increases compared to shorter lease contracts.

What is the parking situation?

First come first serve parking lot, 1 reserved stall in parking garage per household. Parking Garage coming soon...

Are there plans to update the building?

The building is BRAND NEW and built in 2021.

Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?

 We offer studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, and penthouse layouts. Select units also include private balconies and deluxe bathrooms.
