I just signed a new lease with Kourtney for a 2 bedroom apartment. She's is really nice and made everything very smooth. Her communication is very good through the day when she is working. If you are interested in leasing here I would ask for her. The apartments are very nice and the little community looks really cool as well. I am excited for my new move in this weekend. I recently moved here and have had a nice and welcoming experience so far! Simmone and the property manger were so helpful at the start and still are! Very genuine and cooperative. Also, all of the residents I come across are always super kind and maintenance has been awesome.

She is always polite, friendly, and greets everyone with a warm smile and a cheerful “good morning.” I’ve also noticed her attention to detail, especially in keeping the elevator exceptionally clean.

The professionalism, The care, the dedication of helping others are the main reason we chose Vista canyon apartments, the management helped us get into our place with determination with such a profound manor I’m very thankful for Aubrey on how knowledgeable she was on every question we had, I have a family and it’s hard to find places that are not trying to put you in a corner but with full confidence I recommend with working with Aubrey you will not only find your needs met with full transparency in the process of securing your home for your family. But a sense of care in a person who is persistent and capable of giving you 120% in the middle of chaos of moving. Her genuine commitment to residents’ satisfaction and her positive, helpful attitude truly set her apart. In today’s world, that level of personal service is increasingly uncommon, and it speaks volumes about her character and work ethic. I also want to acknowledge Anthony, Kevin and the maintenance team for their professionalism, efficiency, and reliability. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled promptly and thoroughly. The team consistently demonstrates respect for residents’ time and living spaces, and their quality of work has been exceptional.
