From the very beginning, Marlen and Jeslet have been absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything about the community has exceeded my expectations. The garage parking is super convenient, and the amenities are top-notch. I had some uncertainty about the internet speed, but it’s been great so far—no issues at all. What stands out most is how much they clearly care about residents' comfort and satisfaction. It’s rare to find that level of personal attention, and it’s made a big difference in helping me feel at home. Highly recommend!

Aubrey is amazing! She gave an in-depth tour, showed knowledge of the leasing process, quickly found the answers to anything she wasn’t 100% sure of, and was extremely responsive! I was signing my new lease within 24 hours of walking through the doors. Aubrey, you’re the best!!!!

I came to look around the property today and I was so impressed with how clean and orderly it was. Came across maintenance staff working around I believe I spoke with a young man named Kevin, he was polite, knowledgeable, and very kind. I look forward to being a tenant in your fine apartment complex

Shout out to Kevin and also Victor on the maintenance team for always responding to the needs of the apartments and helping out with repairs and concerns so quickly! When we had a major problem a few months ago with some extensive damages that occurred, they were right there the whole time to help us, to work along side us and to support us. They always do an outstanding job and are so kind and friendly! We really appreciate them!

Love these apartments! The management and maintenance teams are always very helpful and professional. Kevin specifically (on the maintenance team) is an absolute rockstar, and I want to give him a public shoutout. He always shows up when needed and somehow always knows the answer to every maintenance concern I encounter and quickly gets them dealt with.

Being the very first residents to move in back in Dec 2021, I can say that Kortney was a big reason our experience was a positive one. Like with any apt complex, there were a few issues over the years, but she was always quick to help and work with us. It’s good knowing there’s someone in charge who cares
